Had a great time with my buddies exploring Dartmoor and visiting a local pub. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy, which was a pleasant surprise. We loved the location for the walks and the overall vibe of the place.

The stair area leading up to the rooms looked a bit tired, which caught us off guard at first.

Had a great time with friends! We explored Dartmoor National Park and visited nearby river walks. Staff were super helpful, breakfast was tasty, and the location is perfect for outdoor lovers. Just a heads up, the hotel might look a bit worn, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying your stay!

One downside was that the shower in our room was quite small and not very impressive. It made for an awkward experience, but we managed.

Comfortable room, convenient location with ample free parking, the large bar/dining area provided a relaxed setting for our family to enjoy snacks together. the staff were very helpful during our stay and it was only a 60 km drive from Exeter International Airport.

I appreciated the clean bed and nice bottled water. The location is perfect for hiking the Two Moors Way. I struggled with inconsistent Wi-Fi and a malfunctioning TV. Check on the cream before your tea—it can spoil. Still, the staff's friendliness made my stay enjoyable!

Enjoyed the live darts night with friendly locals. Room needs major refurbishments and shower pressure was really low.
